I was reading about the T&N and it's history on p. 46 of the 01/08 MR and was curious to see a track plan or some photos of the old layout. Anyone know where I can find some? Seems like the layout was built in 1988. It'd also be nice to see the MR&T track plan.

Thanks for your interest in the Troy & Northern, which we actually started building back in 1987. You can see its original track plan as part of the old MR&T plan on page 87 of the December 1989 Model Railroader. We saved that part of the layout when we moved to new offices, and you can see the enlarged version of the T&N in the new MR&T plan on pages 88 and 89 of the same issue.

Since the MR&T seems to be referenced periodically in current issues of MR it'd be great if the track plans could be added to the track plan database. I'm interested in the T&N because the article seemed to indicate that the WSOR Troy branch was based heavily on the T&N and I'm curious to compare the track plans. :)
