Feedback on Woodland Scenics Foam

Has anyone ever used the 1 to 4 inch foam manufactured by Woodland Scenics? If so, I could really use your feedback. Thanks!

If you plan on using the WS foam as the base, I would suggest insulation foam available at Lowes, Home Depot, or the like.  Price the two to be sure.  I got mine at Lowe's.

The WS foam inclines are very nice.  I used them on my last layout.  Easy to cut, curve and glue.  If you want a 2% that is what you get, no measuring.

Good luck,

My entire layout is fastened down on the WS foam. I put the foam down with contact cement using a 1" roller. All my track is soldered (the foam allows the track to expand). I placed track leads for each meter of track and used track joiners. I've had no trouble with the track for several years. Bob Whitten
