First I would like to thank all who gave advice. I came up with a new method. The base is Enviro-Tex. The white water is Goldens Moulding paste mixed with Gloss Medium. In between the whitewater is Goldens Gel Beads mixed with Gloss Medium. This dries clear and looks like air filled water. Its hard to see but the base of each fall is the Beaded Gel. The canyon or the sides are not finish yet but I figured I would share what I found.

This looks superb! Since I am a bit of a lost ball in tall weeds, I would be right pleased if you could provide a more detailed recipe, either here or in the pages of MR.

The beauty is it is very simple. My wife is an artist and all the products come from the art supply store. Enviro-Tex is just a poured resin. I tryed many combos but this worked best. It comes in jars. All I had to do was mix them together and I applied with a pallet knife.
