Hi
Does anyone know of any articles or pictures of layouts running Ho and N scale together.
Thanks
See Bob Lawson's "Take a turn around the Southern" from 2008 Great Model Railroads on pages 86-93. It is hard to find such an N Scale/HO Scale article, let alone, a really good one.

"The Southern" is mostly an HO Scale layout, but; includes an N Scale coal railroad that is used in the layout's middle & upper elevations, primarily as forced-perspective, to give the entire layout a much larger feeling.
"The Southern" layout room is 24'x32', and time period is 1945-1955 with mostly steam and some F7 diesel. The N Scale has continuous running within the greater HO Scale layout with spurs to a coal mine. N Scale staging is in the middle of one of the HO Scale staging yards and would be hard to see if you did not know to look for the smaller N Scale trackage.
Conemaugh Road & Traction circa 1956

That's because, inevitably, such layouts look just like they have an N-scale train running on an HO scale layout.
I have yet to see one which did not evoke a variation on this response: "Hey, look how he's using N-scale to make it look like the layout's larger."
