Looking for a Crane Clamshell bucket (HO)
Posted by larak on Saturday, December 13, 2008 4:59 PM

Hi all,

Would anyone know where to get a crane bucket similar to this one in HO? It does not have to be exactly the same, just something that would have been used to pick up loose rock/dirt 1920's to 1950's.

I already have a crane.

I did find this one  http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/247-7282 at Walthers but it is (of course) out of stock with no expected date of delivery.

Thanks in advance,

Karl

Karl,

Try http://valleymodeltrains.com/

He has the same clamshell bucket as Walthers listed and usually has stock of items shown on his site.

Dave's source is here http://valleymodeltrains.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=8635 (just for my own reference).
