Modeling a brick floor
Posted by Mattypark on Thursday, November 20, 2008 9:57 PM

Hello All,

I need to cover a square area roughly 10'' x 10'' with something that would resemble a brick floor - preferably in this pattern:

Does anybody have any ideas on how I could do this?  Any products out there that would give me this effect - or any brick concrete floor?

Thanks in advance for tips, suggestions and info!

It would be pretty simple to just copy that pattern several times into Microsoft Word, and then print it with any computer printer.  You can re-size the image to get the scale you want with the bricks.  If this is for the interior of a building, that should be all you need.

If you need a raised, textured surface try Micro Mark:

They might not have precisely the pattern you have posted, but their papers are embossed with raised surfaces, and quite realistically depict a brick floor or wall.

It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.
