<p>Using simple tools that most of us have: </p><ol><li>Take an ordinary carpenter's square and put it around the edge of the circle (pie pan). </li><li>Take anything with a 45 degree angle - a drafting triangle or a carpenter's cutting triangle and put it on top of the carpenter's square.</li><li>Align the points of the square and the triangle.</li><li>Draw the 45 degree line which will bisect the center of the circle.</li><li>Rotate the square about 90 degrees and do it again.</li></ol><p>-John</p><p> </p>
