Does anybody make a 3-way turnout in code 80 N scale? I've searched through Walthers and many of the on-line distributors and manufacturers with no success. I think I know that the answer is going to be "no" but I thought I'd ask just in case I've missed something.

9mm gauge turnouts in code 80 can't be much more challenging than 10.5mm gauge turnouts in code 70 - and I don't consider them a challenge unless they are 10.5mm/16.5mm dual gauge.

Have you got a web address for them? The only link to them in a list of model RR stores was a dead link, and using www.bkenterprises.com as an address got me a printing company.

There are several custom-track builders (BK, FastTracks, Railway Engineering, etc.) that would be happy to build one for you but probably in a standard rail size like cod 70, probably in the general area of $75 or so.

I found it here. It doesn't mention rail height. And the price is in UK pounds, not US dollars. It isn't cheap. I'd check with some of Fleischmann's U.S. distributors like Euro Train Hobby and see if they can get it for you.

Thanks for the input, guys, but considering the availability issues and the costs, I'll stick with the left and right turnouts I've already got. I think I might rip up the track and turnouts and re-lay them to get smoother routes through them. My time is a lot cheaper than a couple of $75 custom-made turnouts.

My Shinohara was new and only $30.
