Hi chip. The foundation of the new addition is almost done. my contractor estimates the room will be finished by July. The benchwork will follow shortly there after. This layout is by far the biggest project I've ever attempted. The layout will will be housed in an L-shape room measuring 24 x 18 x 16 feet.
