Basic Bachmann "DCC On Board" fails to respond...tips?

<p>No, I know that's not it. I think that you might have the older crappy one too, because it looks very similar to the NCE replacement. I don't think Bachmann used these NCEs as original equipment. If you have a "Bachmann DCC Onboard" you probably have the older one. But.....did you get it to program?
