If you are a subscriber and have access to the track plan database that may be a good place to start. You can search a variety of different ways. You might want to check out David Popp's N Naugatuk (sp?) which was also built on a number of doors in a similar way you describe.
I found Ian Rice's books, "Small, Smart & Practical Track Plans" and "Mid-Sized & Manageable Track Plans" to provide a lot of inspiration too. I think they may be out of print though.
