Very nice looking work Alan. I haven't been a member here too long but have been a modeler for about 40 years. I've looked at your other pictures as I've checked out the older threads and you do a nice job on scenery. The two level layout is very intriguing. What is the maximum grade on that climb? Is any of the trackage switchbacks or is it all a straight climb?

Regards, Jim
I have 100' of mostly hidden track to climb the 24" level change. This is an average grade of 2 % with no switchbacks. You can follow the progress of the climbing loops in this posting: http://www.trains.com/TRC/CS/forums/885598/ShowPost.aspx
