A boxcar is parked along a siding.
I weathered the boxcar using a mixture of A&I stain over Dullcoat. The rust and lime deposits were done using pastel chaulks:
A hopper car is loaded with coal.
The coal conveyor was scratched built from a project article which was featured in MR back in the 1980's!
A pickup truck makes its way across town:

Hey Bob is that an RS3 in the background of the boxcar photo. You know, we diesel guys thought you only made the steam guys look bad and were thankfull.

Yes. You have good eyes. That's the only diesel in my roster. I use it mostly to run trains during open house visits.

Woodland scenics coal was used for the load.
