PECO does not make numbered turnouts in N scale in the traditional sense. (Since they have started this in the HO scale line with the Code 83, there's always hope.)
PECO turnouts are defined in terms of radius, not frog number. The turnouts themselves have a curved diverging path that some find unrealistic in appearance, but I like in a lot of cases because it helps a larger tunout fit in a tighter spot.
There are two lines of PECO N scale track, the Code 55 and the Code 80. The Code 55 track uses the same frog angle (about a #6) for small, medium, and large radius turnouts, which have diverging curve radii of 12", 18", and 36" respectively.
The Code 80 track has a medium radius turnout (#4, 18" Radius) and a large radius turnout (#7, 36"R). There is a small radius turnout that is part of the SetTrack line which is very sharp at about a #2.5 frog, 9" radius.
SO the short answer is that, yes, there is a #7 (in Code 80), but it would not be equivalent to a #7 from other manufacturers (such as Atlas' Code 55 #7).
