Scott Plunkett's O gauge layout

As a boy, Scott Plunkett received something for his layout every Christmas and birthday. The pair of no. 21215 Union Pacific F9 diesels and all of the Plasticville in this picture date back to that childhood. Jack's layout first appeared in the May 2003 issue of CLASSIC TOY TRAINS.
