Hi all, I'm new to the group and new to G-scale. I have just be given a very large quantity of Bachmann G-scale track, along with Bachmann loco, and rolling stock. I live on a 5 acre parcel, and, have plenty of space to build a very large outdoor layout. Obviously, for cost reasons, I would like to use the Bachmann track. I am planning to convert my Bachmann Loco to battery power..... so no track cleaning will be necessary. Given this info, what do some of you more experienced members think of this plan?Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.Junnie
