Please, i hope someone can help me.  I am not much of a kitbasher, but am looking for a LIRR alco C-420 High Hood with the hi adhesion trucks and the long hood smoke deflectors.  I heard a company called Tiger models made one, but i can't find it.  Any help you guys can provide on a starting point, an actual model, or someone who can create one for me for $$.  Thanks in advance for any help you guys provide
