The 4 way cab switch does not turn the loco off as stated in the manual. Is this a common problem or did I just get a bad switch? Did anybody fix this recently. If I wasn't living in Shanghai i would send it in under warranty buy not from here. Odd there wasn't a illustrated manual for dissassembly in the box. <br /> <br />Thanks for any help
