Mine is made of cut foam for the shape, covered with chicken wire and stucco. The wire holds the stucco and prevents it from cracking off the foam. It's been in place for about 2 years now with no ill effects. I would post a photo but I am on the road right now and don't have my photo library, but I assure you it's a great low cost technique that is about as fool proof as your can possibly get.

Have an 18' graded viaduct that currently only has lath w/quick wall coating. I'd like to have a stone-like facade. Any suggestions? Any commercial materials available? Was thinking of covering with molded conrete sections (alum. foil, crinkling, concrete, etc.) & gluing, but am looking for easier alternatives, if any.
