Yes Elizabeth they have communicated very well to me in the past, but not so right now.All else aside i paid for goods 2 months ago and i haven't got them. They have claimed that at least 4 of my communications have gone astray.As usual you haven't told me much i don't already know. I have already sent them a number of faxes, their fax number is on the their website, so how is that going to help me. I would really like to get my stuff it is holding everything up.Rgds Ian
