craft shop roses and things
Posted by John Busby on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 1:51 AM

Hi Guys and Girls

Had to take SWMBO to the craft shop today now I am bard from going with her again Big Smile [:D]

I picked up some little resin frogs "G" scale garden ornaments size I think.

one resin teddy bear just right for a child  leaving it on the seat next to them on the train and some tiny green pom pom's that are ideal for garden vegetation on 'G" indoor set ups.

And lastly some black roses for the "A" frame cottage the question is has any one used the little stem ed roses that can be got from a craft shop on a "G" scale layout I am a bit unsure if the flower size is OK

regards John

Some one had fun, look hard and you can find more. I go down every Isle every time, why?, might miss something new! Smile [:)]

I also hit the $0.99 cent stores and anything that looks like I don't need to be there Evil [}:)]Approve [^]

Oh yeah, did you get the flowers down the wedding Isle? Is so some will do and if it is AoK with your eye then do it. Need to check the store for small clay pots they make to. Those might be in the toy house section or some where there, ask! And another is they make small birds now to.

Don't forget the animals, cows, sheep dragons?, bears, dogs, elk, all are the right size for use with "G" .  Craft store are a "work in progress" for supplies.
