Great that something is bound to happen. OH what a beautiful Turkey day, great sunrise in the midwest. Happy holidays[^]

Cool , fall morning down by Minersville NE, a BN manifest was speeding by as I drove up.

Is it REAL? or Just 1:29 scale?

You got me, I would have said REAL untill the photo loaded down to track level.

Paint your rail and ties a sort of muddy gray/brown, add some fine grade ballast and you could trick a bunch of us all the way to the bottom of the photo.

Great shot.....OLD DAD

I know, I was just tring to be positive on the forum. I had a newer modeler tell me that the forums are just filled with peoples problems[:(] I told him they are filled with peoples answers to their problems.
And Yes alot of my rail is weathered and many shots I dress up the ballast better. But It was cold and I was just out railfanning with the camera as the trains were running. Always looking for a new angle.[;)][:D]

At first I thought this should have been posted over at the Trains.com forum. Then I woke up a little more and realized it was a shot of your layout. Very well done. Really fooled me..

As for problem filled forums...always remember what the prophet John said.

"There are no problems, only solutions".......Thats John Lennon BTW

Someone once accused me of being a Marxist,

I responded, "Yes, I love Groucho"

   Have fun with your trains

Great photo Marty! I thought that the picture was real until I saw the track. You should enter that in some kind of photo contest. It sure fooled me.
