After seeing the pictures of the new Bachmann Porter Tank engine in 1:20.3 I am very intrigued. I am about to move and my current HO layout is history. I am thinking about going to a larger scale for my next railroad and a narrow gauge mining railroad with those Porters would be neat. Are there any links to indoor layouts expecially that are narrow gauge mining or logging in large scale. Seeing a track plan or two in this scale would help visualizing what would needed as far as size of the room and how big the buildings would be very helpful. I have seen the Mexican NG layout on the GR website but there were only a few pictures and no trackplan. Thanks - Nevin

My favorite is Mark Dewalt's Eagle Creek Railroad. Might be similar to what you are looking for.
