Tom I had no idea; i have been to San Diego and it is my favourite city in all of mainland USA and it looked pretty green to me when i was there. What a contrast to its twin city Tijuana. So what you have is a continuing thing not like our 7 year drought? ie its not going to get better in a hurry huh? That Sant Anna sounds a bit like Sydney's Southerly Buster and the Fremantle doctor only in reverse. Ian
