 <<<<< I never was introduced to European trains - except seeing the occasional Japanese bullet trains in magazines-- >>>>> Uhmm....well, what I MEANT to say was "...Japanese and German bullet trains..." Basically I meant anything "non American" in trains....unfortunately my education from tv ads to school projects to magazines to movies never, ever had anything but American trains!!!
