I'am trying to get the phone number for the makers of rustall i have their web site but  i need a phone number so that i can talk with someone there. thank you

I would think that like any commercial website I have seen, there should somewhere be an e-mail us, or contact us, or corporate home link.   Even if it is only an e-mail link, you could use it to ask for the phone number.    Likewise, it should somewhere have some sort of snail mail address.

I am continually surprised at how many corporations do not list a phone number on their websites.  My impression is that they discourage phone contact and want e-mail or snail mail only.
