Scratch-built 7/8 dismal
Posted by toenailridgesl on Monday, September 4, 2006 8:39 PM
Had an old MDC Critter chassis & motor block lying around, decided to put something decent on it for superstructure.
Everything from the chassis up is scratched. (the driver is a $2 skier figure, headlight guts is a flashlight with a scratched body)

More detail to come

John, the horn is off of a $2 truck toy.
Have now fitted the sound system (diesel horn & motor rumble....2 Dick Smith kits) also made up the 10AAA NimH battery pack & installed, motor feed is ready to go, just waiting for the Rx to arrive from my son.

Have also added some texture to the driver
