Marty,

How many of the UP passenger cars or freight cars do you pull with the Mallet?

Marty
What controller and power supply do you use? Do you know what kind of current you draw with multiple loco trains?
Nice pics, it was worth the effort.

The Mallet pulls this train easy and it pulls the 30 car coal train easy. Other than that I have not tested its max.

All the trains run with single 18 volt tool batt and the Aristo TE. I don't know the draw. But i can run 3 powered dash9s easy with and long train.
weight and number of locos determine run time.
This photo shows the pass with a 12 volt batt powering the cars

here is a 18 volt batt which is too much

Love the night shot, kind of spooky though.
