Does anyone know of good source for supplies for wiring and plugs for batteries.

Your profiles doesn't say where in the world you are...

So, if you are in the UK I would recommend Maplins.
If you are in the US then I would suggest Radio Shack.

Remember to keep your colour coding in the wiring

Red is Positive, Black is Negative, while Blue and Yellow are DC of variable -but oppositte polarity.

   Dont forget RS in the UK    Have one Trade /Retail outhet a stones throw away and are far superior to maplims,  used to use maplins but around here they dont seem to really cater any more for 'scratch building'  I am in the new forest,  However there is plenty of pine etc.   Regards Brian   Whistling [:-^]

All Electronics in Van Nuys, California, is a surplus dealer who has just about everything you will probably ever need for any wiring project.  You can get a package of 50 solderless crimp connectors from them for what Radio Shack charges for 5.
