from what I read LGB enlisted some volunteer help

Yes ,members of the Florida Garden Railway Society are helping out. They are very enthusiastic and thier time is greatly appreciated!
I'm sure they will be able to recruit many new members during the 8 weeks of the festival so it is a mutually beneficial experience![:)]
