Carrales made a statement this Wednesday en re the on coming threat of Hurricane Rita. <br /> <br />"Track crews and compmay executives made a complete survey of the line in use," began Velopes, "We do not foresee any great degree of destruction. The Borracho Gultch trestle may be a sore spot and the Cut may see some collapses, but our crews can deal with that.
