Walt mate; I am so happy I could just sht, however I see a few things that help a lot as listed below in no particular order. 1) A good partner. 2) A close and supportive family 3) Good health 4) An active and satisfactory sex life. 5) Enough money to live and not just exist 6) A bright and happy outlook with ideas and interests for the future. 7) Variety and satisfaction in your relationship with your peers. 8) Live in a warm and relaxed climate. ie no cold weather, no pollution, little if any crime. 9) Own a comfortable and reliable means of transportation, where it is needed and own a comfortable house not an apartment or similar you can die in 6 months (through lackof interest and purpose) without a house to look after 10) Be active in yourself and don't give in to the oldies diseas of "everything is too hard to do".
