Try searching the latest issue of Garden Railways for up to date or close there of ads. Different dealers offer different deals.

I assume that you live in the Philadelpia area. Nicholas Smith Trains is nearby. While his mail order prices are a few dollars above some of the others, you would probably come out ahead by avoiding shipping and handling costs. Check it out.
