What it really boils down to is: How much of a stickler are you on fidelity to scale? Are you a serious 'rivet counter' who gets upset whenever some doohicky isn't placed exacly right on the model? Or are you a person who just gets a kick out of seeing a train run around the garden? <br /> <br />Personally, I'm a "#1 buy what they like from any manufacturer and who cares what others think" kind of a guy. I have engines and rolling stock from LGB, Aristocraft, Hartland, USA, Lionel, Bachmann, etc. I mix and match all of them. <br /> <br />Jon
