some mfg make all there trucks with silver wheels black trucks with silver dont look real good. do you paint the wheels black or do you leave them silver.
and the silver trucks and silver wheels do you paint them black.

Those who like weathering weather the whole engine, those who collect would be "dipped" before they do any such thing! And there are twenty plus variations in between.

BTW those silver trucks in your sig are much too clean![;)][}:)][:D]

I paint the wheel faces black or rust but leave the flanges the bright silver, looks like the real thing, only real lokies I've ever seen with dark flanges were abandoned ones

not talking about weathering talking about looking correct. btw them silver trucks in the sig are that clean they are restored.
