The Chicken Dance Car doesn't dance ???
Posted by Buckeye Riveter on Monday, December 27, 2004 4:49 AM
We received a new LGB Chicken Dance Car for Christmas. Put in the 9 volt battery, flipped the on/off switch and turned up the volume. Nothing. No Chicken Dance music. [%-)][%-)][%-)]

Does it need track voltage to play either from the engine or the wheel set? [?][?][?][?][?]

Thanking you in advance for any and all help.

Yes, it need both the battery, and the plug need to be plugged into the rear of a tender or some other source of track power. Enjoy.

After listening to it for a while, you may wish for the silence again.

Or, you can purchase the optional not-to-any-specific-scale 12GA flatcar and mount it as directed immediatley behind the Chicken Dance....no batteries required.....
