1:20 scale cars
Posted by grandpopswalt on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 7:43 PM
Just came across a line of 1/20 and 1/22 scale car kits. They're made by Hubley and it looks like they produce 30's and 40's era cars. I don't know anything else about this line other than what I've just stated.

Do a google search "Hubley car kits 1:20 scale" there will be numerous sites to look at.

Capt - that's one of my favorites!

The Hubley line got taken over by Gabriel...then by Scale Models. Basically the same product, but the Hubley models have a LOT less fla***o clean off and fewer plastic parts. They do hold up well!

Walt - I thought they were all 1:20?

Aside from the internet, where might someone obtain these fantastic models?

Bruce,

I believe I read a review that suggested that some of the cars scale out closer to 1:22 than 1:20.
