Vic, would love to see a drawing of your old and new track plan. I totally understand the need for storage space. I'm biding my time until some Kids leave home so I someday, I dare to say can have a train room of my very own! That was a large part of the apeal to garden railroading for me with a small house on an 1acre lot. For now I'll keep working on my indoor "S" scale layout around the walls of my home office.
