Hi trainmaster1989
16mm to 1 foot is 1/19 scale
For the most part practicsioners of 16mm model two foot gauge railways and coaches and they are more often than not of similar size to an LGB coach so could be put on 45mm gauge wheels think Welsh narrow gauge or Maine spelling ?? two footers.
I put the link up because the construction method can be adapted to any scale, I have seen some very nice Hornby sized coaches
made in card.
If you go back to the early days of the model railway/railroad hobby that is how coaches where scratch built.
any panneld type coach could be built this way.
So if you have seen a coach you liked that is not manufactured or is far too Expencive in 1:22.5 there is no reason you cannot use this method or an adaption of it to get the coach.
regards John
