Hi Walt; Thank you for the kind words; Susie and I enjoyed having you and your lovely wife, son & daughter-in-law over for an all too brief visit. We hope you guys will have time to get together when you come back this way in July. Hay Brian; We're looking forward to meeting you guys too; see you next week. P.S.
