aristocraft warrenty work

aristocraft warrenty work

What happens to the engine i sent in to Aristocraft on warrenty.  Am I out of a $1000 engine now.  At the least they should return it to me, then I could at least look at it.  mike kern

Navin is handling Aristo-Craft warranty work through 2014. I suggest calling him at  201-565-6069.

As soon as you hear of any company closing their doors you should be asking them for your product right a way !!  

Don't  presume they will remember to pack it and move it over to a possible interim business front !  Or even scramble to make sure it bounced back to ya even unrepaired.

In this case call Navin cross you fingers they shipped it over to his business location.  

You should post same query about a outstanding warranty repair on the AristoCraft Forum vs a third party forum such as this one.

BTW  when did you send in it for repairs ... they closed this past Dec.31st !   Announced it waay back in October I believe.

Thats what I was wondering, it might be sitting on the doorstep of an empty warehouse. I sure hope you get it back.
