This is where I got the idea to use spline roadbed outdoors. <br /> <br />The system I just saw on your link is better than the one I devised because it has fewer parts to deal with. <br /> <br />Spline roadbed is great even at ground level since you will not have to worry about your track sinking or shifting due to the dirt settling underneath. <br /> <br />Go for it....
