Help! I would like to build a barrel lay out using two circles of track, one 21" Dia. and the other outside of the barrel at 31". I can not fined the 31" Dia. track. Does anyone have an idea for me or a source for the track? I have to be a little off wanting to build this sort of layout to begin with, but trying to fined the 31" track my put me in a rubber room!
Try Flextrack and curve to fit.
The main problem with your question is that you haven't told us the GAUGE of the track that you are looking for and the SCALE of the locos that you are planning to run on it.
You best bet would be a "flextrack" of some kind but I would hesitate to find a gauge larger than 16.5mm and a scale larger than 7mm(?) -even then it would be VERY tight... You easiest option I think would be to use "N" throughout.

Assuming that you are talking about G gauge, Aristo did make track in about those diameters. I just looked on RLD Hobbies web site and they have 20" listed. I assume that means they have it in stock. I think Aristo has discontinued making this track.

Look under Aristocraft then under track then under brass Euro style track.
At the last GTE train show I was at there was a vendor selling the Aristo 31" circle, it was "R and G Railroad Co" selling the pizza track. You'll have to track them down via the web as I do not have a web address, They are the only vendors I know of that still have them.

FYI I used 2 8 foot brass rails with flex ties and a bender and created approx a 32 inch circle that only needed 1 clamp per rail. Definately no power loss from joiners on this one!!!

Thank you. I get it. What I am looking for is very tight and requires special rolling stock and is #1 or G gauge. I should have been more specific. I've been modeling G in the garden for the last 40 year and have bent flex track. I no longer own a bender and didn't want to buy one for this little project. I was just hoping some one would have a line on some one who might still have the Aristo 31" Dia.. Barrel track in stock or be making a like product. Over the last 60 years I've modeled N, HO, S and "G" and I really do get the concept of track gauge.
