My first thought was to carve the viaduct out of foam insulation boards glued together to gain the needed thickness. Then brush on a thin mix of vinyl patching cement. <br />I have done this on a small scale and it does look like concrete. Mortar lines can be pressed into the wet "concrete" to represent stone or bricks. <br /> OLD DAD
