Leave 15 peices of rolling stock outside unused for 6 months. we had more then normal rains this winter. Kaydee's will rust, the pin anyway. removed 5-6 dozen snails from the underside of the cars and filled a 96 gallon toter with damp dryed out leafs.
Try to pull a full 96 gal. toter over a glued only bridge. My stone bridge has a painted wood core. After I picked up the pieaces I noticed the five year old latex paint peeled form the still dump redwood
Leave a railroad covered in leafs over the winter.The Snails loved that I found and removed at least 20 doz. Plus the ones that were raked up......
In my defence I was Ill from the end of Oct thru Feb, I spent my birthday in the Hospital ( that sucked ). And I was not allowed out side to Play till recently, and then only if was 60 deg. or better I missed my two 66 unit run dates that were planned. I will try on the 17th of may but I will have to add my camera car so its 66.5 units long.
The head is gray, hands don't work , back is weak, legs give out, eyes are gone, money go's and my wife still love's Me.
Next time David ,you should ask that the leaves be removed from the railroad as a BIRTHDAY gift!!
