I only have one of concern.............
Now that's a weed and it will be removed today.
Dave, back outside after 5.5 long months of being ill.
The head is gray, hands don't work , back is weak, legs give out, eyes are gone, money go's and my wife still love's Me.
Remove it in health!
Got a few of those myself. Mine are only bout half the size of yours. Pull them at your leisure and take things easy.

Our Sierra snow has finally receded enough to run trains. However we have what would be a beautiful lawn in any other place. Time to spray Roundup on the 3M green pad on my modified Aristo track cleaning car and run it around the railroad I did it last year and it worked well.
Have fun, Rob
I removed the weed yesterday it had 1/2 inch roots growing on both sides of my brick track base. I dug them out and poured bleach in the holes. all the rest pulled out wiith any problems. I only have about an hour more weed cleanup to do then I need to check and clean out the ballist. I should be running my Track cleaning and Ballist checking train this afternoon. The first train since Oct 10 2010............
Dave
Well it is time to get out the weed-wacker car.
Dave, Take care man. I use roundup by the case almost it seems. Espescially after the big rains that we just had. Railroad turned into a jungle as did the whole back yard. That and spider killer spray. Spiders like to live inside of my structures and make them all spider houses. Black widows and brown recluses are at home in this area of california. Some peoplesay the recluses don't exist here. I know better as we had a worker at old Fort Ord that got bit by one and he had to get injections everyday along with the flesh on his leg rotting away bit by bit. I'm sure they both are common up in your area too. Thats one reason I always wear gloves when pulling weeds or getting into the jungle.
