I've been building a school house for my layout. The school has 22 windows that I'd like to glaze as well as frame. There are too many to buy plastic frames for (I'm cheap). Any hints on building windows? Pictures below:

Rex; Here’s a thought. I’ve just started doing this and am pretty satisfied with the results. Get a sheet of very thin plexi-glass, cut a single piece to cover all the windows on each side (so long as the windows are all in a straight line.) Attach with four (or six) small screws. Should you decide to change the building color two years from now, just unscrew the “glass”, repaint, and reattach the glass. I’ve got one building that I’m tempted to pull the “glass” off and make mullions using automotive pin-striping.
