Maybe, as you approach retirement and once I have finished my permanent layout (of which I have yet to truly begun) you can join the millions of "Snow Birds" who visit us. <br /> <br />We have what I would call good year 'round weather (that is if you don't mind the catastrophic hurricanes). [4:-)] <br />
