At leasts your looks like it made a move up to a bigger area, good luck with it.

   Have fun with your trains

Hi Sean,  Been there got the tee shirt, I tend to get the ideas then the other director say this is what I want incorperated in to the layout. All joking apart it looks like you are going to have a great layout, enjoy the laying of track and all the bits and pieces that go into it.   Make sure you are well supplied with plenty of vitals and beerBow

That looks like a tremendous amount of work to make the changes.  How long did it take?

To Much! I first moved the track to a modest loop for the first year. This spring the 60 or so plants were potted and set aside. Part of the yard looks like a nursery. Just finished the patio . It's still fun!!! Sean

She even made you move the pond! Hope you saved all the parts to incorperate a stream? Like Vic said, "it made a move up to a bigger area" so more room for more fun.

Nice Job - I admire your ability to compromise, regroup and rebuild better than ever. On the other hand, after 37 years of marriage, I also understand (and frequently use) the term "Yes Dear..." - Shu
