Wow, just read the thread the first time.
Yep, I'll agree that "watch out" will get more attention than "Kader buys Sanda Kan". I'm not going to lie awake at night over the title of the thread.
I think it's a good thing. I want USAT and Aristo to make more trains. With Sanda Kan bankrupt, and my understanding that Kader is pretty much at full production capacity, then this seems like the best, or maybe, the only answer.
I do get a kick out of all the stuff about how BAD the J.P. Morgan Partners Asia people are, how they HURT the company. May be true, hard to say. But, read back one year ago about how GREAT Sanda Kan was BECAUSE of J.P. Morgan Partners Asia.
(and they lost 180 million last year).
Entertainment value aside, I hope the disruption in USAT and Aristo products is not too great. Recently Lewis responded to all the questions about being out of stock. The reason given was the Sanda Kan move to the new factory.
It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that the move to a new management and new ownership will not be "free".
I'm buying all the stuff I was going to put off a few months, now. If nothing else, I'll be helping the economy.
Regards, Greg

A little tension amongst the troops does tend to make the day less boring!
Since Lewis appears to be rather pleased about it, I'm not going to worry about my source of toys!
Remember AC and B have been in cahoots for quite a while. Bachmann isAC's european distributor. AC just assisted Bachmann with the Bass Pro Shops set ups!
Now if we could just get Bachmann to redo it's Plasticville line in 1:29 we'd have a winner!
